Sarge and the splash pad!

We took Jennifer to the splash pad this afternoon and she had tons of fun!! We've been getting out and about a lot more now that the weather has cooled off a bit (it's only in the low 90s today!) Also, Phil got promoted to Staff Sargent!

Afternoon at the park

The weather was really nice over the weekend so we got to spend some time in the sunshine at the park down the street from our house ... Jennifer had a lot of fun, especially watching the bigger kids playing!

Party Time!!

We celebrated Jennifer's first birthday this afternoon and everyone had a lot of fun! It was great to get to celebrate with Nana, Papa, Gramma, Grampa, Auntie Amber, cousins Dylan and Hayden, and a couple of Jennifer's friends. Jennifer has been friends with Abbie and Libby since they were little babies, so it was cute to see the three of them together! Jennifer is the last of the three to turn one ... I can't believe she'll officially be one in just a couple more days!

It took exactly one day with Grampa and she was walking all over the place!! There's no stopping her now! She loves showing off to Gramma and Grampa and she can't wait to show her new tricks to Nana and Papa, too.
