Happy Birthday, Zachary Mitchell!

Zachary turned three on Sunday!  He loves to run, jump, climb, ride his bike, play at the park, be chased around the house by Dad, trucks, trains, and his big sister!  He's saying more and more every day and because Jen is such a little performer, he thinks it's perfectly normal to put on regular shows where he sings and jumps on the trampoline :)  He's super smart and very observant, he will use a chair to climb up and get what he wants or to try to do something for himself before he asks for help.  Zach is so much fun, we love him so much!

After we visited Thomas the Train, we hung out at the lake house to celebrate Nana's birthday! The kiddos loved taking a kayake ride and helping Nana blow out her candles!

Granny!

We had a great time with Granny while she was visiting!  Jennifer and Zach were excited to take her to some of their favorite spots for treats - we had gelato at Cafe Fresca and pastries at Stick Boy Bread Co.  We love you, Granny!!

Gymnastics!

Jennifer and Zachary have been enjoying taking gymnastics classes!

Preschool summer camp!

Zach went to summer camp at preschool last week and loved it!  He was so excited to have his own school bag and lunch box to pack in the mornings while Jennifer was getting ready for school!  He's usually shy but when he walked into his classroom he was so happy to be there that he didn't care at all when I gave him a kiss goodbye!

Kindergarten!

Jennifer is officially a kindergartner!!  She started the year off with a broken arm but was super excited nonetheless ...

On her very first day of kindergarten!

We got to walk her in the first day ... she was excited to be there!

We went Friday morning for Meet-the-Teacher and Zach got to check out all the fun stuff he has to look forward to!

Starting off her first full week of kindergarten, still loving it and still excited!

She lost her second tooth during her second day of kindergarten!!

Zach is missing his big sis during the day while she's at school ... poor Chester is paying the price!

Zach and I are trying to have a good time without Jen ;)
