Yesterday was Passover and while we didn't have a traditional Seder, I did make my first Matzo Ball Soup... I didn't realize how big the matzo would get while it cooked so it was a little matzo heavy! It turned out pretty good though, and Jennifer loved trying her first Matzo ball! L'Chaim!

Mazel Tov on making your first Matzo Ball Soup!! It looks delicious, you can never have too many matzo balls! Matzo balls are my favorite Passover food :) and it looks like Jennifer likes them too :) I warm the left over matzo balls up in the microwave and they're still great left over.
Jennifer looks so comfy in her high chair! She's so big now! I can't wait to get there and hold her!
Your soup looks delicious, I've never tried Matzo Ball Soup. Glad Jennifer liked it! She's so cute in her highchair.
