Phil and I explored the University of British Columbia's Botanical Garden and Museum of Anthropology today. The Botanical Garden was so beautiful and included an edible garden where everything grown there was donated to local food shelters. We did a canopy walk along bridges that went from treetop to treetop and gave us a fabulous view of the garden below!
The Museum of Anthropology was very interesting and included a lot of native art. The Pacific Northwest has a very interesting history, and the city of Vancouver today is a very diverse place. We really enjoyed our outing today and all the walking we did added up to a little over eight miles!
